Diners visiting 1540 Polaris Parkway in Columbus will find a temporary change in the dining options available at the Flour space. The location now hosts Flour & Fetty’s, a limited-time collaboration that pairs handmade pasta with dishes rooted in Thai, Southeast Asian, and South African traditions. The restaurant opened in October and is scheduled to remain open until the end of January 2027.

The menu reflects the backgrounds of the two chefs behind the venture. Chef Yash Kishinchand, known for Flour Modern Pasta Bar and ROOH in the Short North, brings his expertise in fresh noodles. Chef Damian Ettish, who founded Fetty’s Street Food in 2016, contributes recipes influenced by his time in Cape Town and travels through India, Thailand, and Vietnam. Their partnership has previously included collaborative dinners at ROOH in 2021 and 2023.

Current dishes on the menu include Loaded Curry Tots topped with Massaman curry and green peppercorns, as well as Smashed Cucumbers seasoned with soy, sesame, and smoked chili. For pasta, the kitchen offers Miso Cacio e Pepe featuring Szechuan and black pepper, alongside Short Rib Rendang Pappardelle with star anise, cinnamon, and toasted coconut. Wok-fired items include Jumbo Lump Crab Butter Fried Rice and Panaeng Fish Curry made with lemongrass, galangal, makrut lime, and coconut.

Dessert options feature Coconut Sticky Rice with mango lemongrass sorbet and Thai Tea Tres Leches. Kishinchand stated in a release that he never wanted Flour to be limited to a single style of food. He described the pop-up as an opportunity to explore the connections between different food cultures and the techniques he has learned during his career.

The restaurant’s operating hours are set for the duration of the pop-up. It is open Wednesday and Thursday from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday hours extend until 8:30 p.m. Sunday service runs from 4:30 to 8 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

During the pop-up period, the regular menu for Flour Modern Pasta Bar is not being served. This represents a temporary shift for regulars who previously visited the location for its standard pasta offerings. The chefs are utilizing the space through the end of January 2027 to present this combined menu.
