U2 Schedule London, Paris, Berlin Stadium Shows for 2027 Tour

U2 will play stadiums in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Berlin and Milan next year.

The tour carries the name Carnaval De Luz presents: The Greatest Show On Earth. Shows in Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires come first, and the band has added dates in those cities because of demand. Spain and North America dates will be announced later. Bono, The Edge, Larry Mullen Jr and Adam Clayton will share the stage. The outing promotes Carnaval De Luz, the group's 16th studio album and its first release in nine years. The band has already put out a track from the record, The Greatest Show On Earth. U2 marked 50 years last month with a show at Mount Temple Comprehensive School in Dublin, the same Northside school where Larry Mullen Jr posted a handwritten note reading 'Drummer Seeks Musicians To Form Band' on the noticeboard in September 1976. The performance fell exactly 50 years after that date. U2 has also booked an exclusive concert for BBC Music on November 3, set for broadcast on BBC Two later that month.

The group formed in Dublin in 1976. Carnaval De Luz follows a nine-year gap between studio albums. The album's title track, The Greatest Show On Earth, is available now.
