Longtime owners Dave and Lori Pasqualone have listed Pasqualone’s Ristorante for sale. The couple has operated the North Side restaurant at 5766 Emporium Sq. for more than 20 years and says they are ready to retire.

The listing seeks a new owner to continue the restaurant’s legacy. Pasqualone’s opened in 2005 and has maintained a strict operational model since. The dining room seats up to 60 guests in a 1,875 square foot space.

The restaurant limits reservations and does not accept walk-ins, carry-out orders, or catering requests. This policy has made it difficult for patrons to secure a table. The venue recently finished as a Top 10 finalist for Best Italian restaurants in Ohio.

The asking price for the business is $1,200,000. The listing describes the property as a Columbus favorite known for its specific dining atmosphere. The owners are looking for someone to take over the operation.

Dave and Lori Pasqualone have run the establishment since its opening. The sale marks the end of their tenure as the operators of this family-run business. The restaurant remains open during the listing period.

The property is located in the Emporium Square area. The new owner will inherit the existing reservation system and physical layout. No changes to the menu or service style have been announced yet.
