Dublin City Hotel Aloft Dublin City has launched a Halloween package for families staying during the October midterm break. The hotel, located in the city center, is bundling lodging, food, and entertainment into a single nightly rate. General Manager Roderick Vastenburg says the goal is to reduce the planning burden on parents during the school holiday. He noted that having meals and activities handled by the staff allows families to spend more time together.

The offer applies to bookings made for stays beginning on October 23 and ending on November 1, 2026. The listed price starts at €278 per night for two adults and two children. This cost covers an overnight stay in a standard room. Additional parking is available for €35 per night. The hotel encourages guests to book through its website or social media channels to secure rooms.

Guests arriving during this period receive a welcome pack in their rooms. The kit contains coloring sheets, crayons, and Halloween-themed items. Staff also conduct a trick-or-treat activity inside the guest rooms. Children can visit a pumpkin decorating station located in a meeting room on the seventh floor. Each child receives a pumpkin to decorate, and the hotel provides craft materials for the activity.

Meals are a central part of the package. The hotel’s Re-Fuel restaurant serves a full Irish breakfast for all family members each morning. For lunch and dinner, children aged 12 and under eat free at the Tenters Gastropub. This discount applies when a paying adult orders from the main menu. The hotel offers one complimentary children’s meal per adult who orders a main course. Tenters is also serving a special three-course Halloween menu from October 30 to November 1 for €45 per person.

Evenings at the hotel include a family movie night in the Tactic space on the seventh floor. The screening starts at 6:00 pm each night and does not require a reservation. Adults can order a specialty coffee or receive a 10% discount on cocktails at the WXYZ Bar between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. The bar is serving a seasonal cocktail menu that includes a non-alcoholic option. Board games are also available for guests to play while viewing the Dublin skyline.

The hotel describes the package as an all-inclusive escape for the midterm week. It aims to cover the primary needs of a family trip, from food to entertainment. The specific dates for the package align with the typical school break schedule in Ireland. The hotel has not announced additional extensions for the offer beyond November 1.
